How I Got My Body Back

I want to share my own personal success story with weight loss. I am 5'2" and have lost 15 pounds, which I've managed to keep off even after vacationing. I feel amazing and am thrilled to have gotten my body back! I owe it all to a program that I love and the supportive community that comes with it.

Losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be challenging, but finding the right program and mindset can make all the difference. For me, this particular metabolic reset program worked wonders, and I was able to stick to it even while on vacation, which is a huge accomplishment.

I turn 50 this year, and I could not control my weight gain for the last four years. Covid was tough and drastically aged me energetically and physically with an extra 19 pounds. Mindset and tapping into my creativity stopped that depressing trend but the weight stayed. I love to be active, ski and ride horses so I have high demands for my body to function and perform. I'm thrilled I got my body back!
