Shipping policy
📦 Delivery Times vary depending on the shipping option of your choice and the fulfillment location.
- For 7.5 & 8.5" books, we expect 3-5 business days to process before shipment. During high-demand seasons (such as Holidays), times may extend beyond our average estimates.
- We expect 1-2 business days to process for Signed Books before shipment.
After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-store pickup
We do NOT offer in-store pickup at this time.
No International Shipping
We do NOT offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within seven days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@macarenaluzbianchi.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@sparksocialpress.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these case-by-case but will try to work towards a satisfactory solution.
